Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. is a family owned company, operating from two offices in Centro Comercial Fañabé Plaza, in the most prosperous and sought after area in the South of Tenerife, close to Playa de las Americas and the Costa Adeje and La Caleta area.

It is owned and operated by equal partners Alan & Louise Nicolson, their daughter Caroline Stokes and her husband Paul Stokes. Alan, Louise, Caroline and their son Alan, previously owned a large engineering company near Nottingham called Valvekits Group Ltd. which they sold in 1998 to come to live in Tenerife. Paul Stokes served in the UK armed forces, before working in the UK for Arriva, in vehicle marketing. In 2003, the family created Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. and bought a majority shareholding in Sur Properties S.L., which is now a fully owned subsidiary. Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. relocated to Fañabé in 2004.

Alan Nicolson is the “Administrador” of the company, responsible for compliance to legal, professional, and internal standards. Alan runs “Clear Blue Too” our second office, responsible for contracts and customer care. Louise Nicolson runs the accounts department and Caroline Stokes is on sabbatical at present looking after Luca and Alannah, their children. Paul Stokes is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing and runs the main “Clear Blue Skies Group S.L.” office.

In a few short years, the company has become one of the most highly respected Estate Agents in Tenerife, known to clients and other agents alike, as an honest, transparent, and respectable company to deal with. Evidence of this is the adherence to a set of principals known as the “Ethics Statement”, a 10 point guarantee of service and behavior.

Additionally, our refusal to become involved in the “who won what award where” industry, where Estate Agencies claim to have won awards or have membership of dubious organizations which are largely awarded in return for a subscription, has raised our credibility immensely.
