Ethics Statement
- I will provide information to clients in a clear and truthful way.
- If I am unable to provide an accurate answer to a client’s question, I will obtain the answer from a colleague or advisor. Guessing is not acceptable.
- When a client discloses his financial budget, I will not seek to increase that budget.
- I will never pressurize a client into a sale.
- I will take clients only to relevant properties, with particular reference to the client’s budget.
- When recommending third parties (e.g. lawyers, tradesmen etc) I will do this in the best interest of the client. I will not seek a commission for this, and if a commission is paid, this will be disclosed to the client.
- During the sale process, I will manage it through to completion, to ensure the sale is concluded accurately with particular regard to ensuring an unencumbered title.
- I will ensure that I, or a colleague will attend the completion meeting in the Notary office.
- Should the client require assistance after the sale, I understand that this is part of our responsibility.
- I AGREE THAT THE BEST FORM OF ADVERTISING IS HAPPY CLIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY & HONESTY.
