Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. are delighted to announce that they have signed a collaboration agreement from the beginning of September 2006 with Spanish Property Mart, a real estate company based in Co. Antrim in Northern Ireland with offices in Malaga in mainland Spain.

Up till now, Spanish Property Mart have sold mostly in mainland Spain, but have recently noticed the ever increasing demand for property in Tenerife, and from a number of possibilities, chose Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. as their exclusive partner.

Commenting on the agreement, Clear Blue Skies Group Sales Director, Paul Stokes said, “We have tried on several occasions to have agreements with UK based agents but most agents in the UK primarily sell property local to them, and our properties were only a minor part of their portfolio. The difference now is that Spanish Property Mart are dedicated to marketing overseas properties, previously only in mainland Spain, and their expansion to Tenerife fits perfectly with our development plans.
