We were given all the relevant information we needed to help us decide whether to proceed with the purchase. At no time were any deadlines set or pressure exerted to push us into going ahead.

I was never left with a feeling of " I must make a decision or I will lose out". No pressure was applied and if I was being "closed" I was not aware of it in a "Sales" way. I feel that I am able to ask for help on other issues, and will be helped. Having been out twice with both proprietor and Sales staff and NOT purchased a thing, I was still shown the same courtesy and interest on subsequent outings. People will buy when they WANT to buy and when the right deal for THEM comes along. This is a policy that I feel has been adopted here.
