	Very good impression of Sur Properties, mainly based on my experience of buying at Adeje Golf. Everything was fine up to paying the first instalment. Since then we have heard nothing from the Sur salesman. He told us he would email pictures of the property as it develops. We were given a date by Laderas to complete in November, we transferred money to Spain, came over in October to finalise only to be told that there was no way the property would be ready to completeuntil January at the earliest, due to delays at the Town Hall. Sur Properties were not involved in this dialogue at all.

	Totally pleased and excited about the property we have purchased in Adeje Golf, both from an investment perspective and as a fantastic place to live. I couldn’t help buy be swayed by the enthusiasm of the Sur salesman. We recently returned to Tenerife to complete the sale, and quickly realized the tremendous amount of work required to organize the sale, and the furniture, and the delivery of the furniture etc. etc. Sur Properties were invaluable in helping us achieve all that we needed to achieve during that week, to the extent that we believe that Sur Properties are almost as excited as we are about our new home. 	Our overall view of Sur Properties is very good, however one or two of the third parties seem to be letting the side down in different ways. The lawyer who got our N.I.E. numbers got them from the Hacienda and not from the police. He assured me that it was the only number I would get – it was not accepted by any official on the Island. Elaine & I had to go to the police station in Los Americas in order to obtain a N.I.E. number from the police. This was indeed the same number, as obtained from the Hacienda, but now it was accepted, without question, by all officials.
