He took us patiently and thoroughly through every stage of the purchase process, which is different from the uk and made everything very straightforward. To do this on our own without his help would have been much more difficult. While in the UK Estate Agents receive much criticism, in Tenerife they have much more to do than simply bringing seller and purchaser together and Colin did all of this with diligence and enthusiasm. When we decided to buy in Tenerife we had little knowledge on where to start. After surfing the Internet looking at potential properties we contacted Clear Blue Skies to arrange viewings of several properties over a 3 day period. Suzie Perry organised all the viewings and spent the 3 days with us, nothing was too much trouble. She guided us every step of the way. Once we had settled on a property, Suzie organized everything from the Solicitors to the bank even picked us up from the airport everytime we arrived in Tenerife.
