Holiday Rental Tenerife

In the fabulous holiday island of Tenerife, it is becoming more and more popular to rent villas or apartments, in place of the conventional package holiday. In particular there are a very high number of quality villas and apartments for rental in Tenerife, at very moderate prices.

At the high quality end of the market there are villas to rent in Adeje Golf, examples of these are Villa La Crème de la Crème and Villa Luca, located on Adeje Golf Course in Sunset Villas I. Both of these Adeje Golf Villas are for rent throughout the year, and sleep 6 people, which means they are very economical, particularly in comparison with 4 and 5 star hotels. Villa La Crème de la Crème is situated adjacent to the Adeje Golf 15th tee and the 17th green, around 200 metres to the Adeje Golf clubhouse, and boasts heated pool, air conditioning, marble floors, luxury kitchen, beautifully furnished lounge and bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. The views over Adeje Golf course from Villa La Crème de la Crème are among Tenerife’s finest, looking out to the Atlantic and the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, and on a clear day, La Palma and El Hierro.

Villa Luca is located in Sunset Villas II, Adeje Golf, behind Villa la Crème de la Crème, and it’s elevated position means its views to the Atlantic and La Gomera, to Playa de las Americas, and to the mountains, including Spain’s highest peak, Mount Teide, are unbeatable. Villa Luca’s specification is similar to Villa La Crème de la Crème, except that the pool is much bigger, it’s gardens and terraced areas are bigger, and all of it’s bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room.

In the middle of the rental market in Tenerife, are the rental apartments in places like Torviscas, San Eugenio, Los Cristianos, Golf del Sur, which are ideally placed for families, and can be a fraction of the price of similar quality hotel accommodation. The important thing to remember when booking rental apartments in Tenerife, is that the cost quoted is a one off cost, whereas a package holiday cost is per person and a hotel cost is per room. Most Tenerife apartment rentals are on complexes or aparthotels which have swimming pools, bars, restaurants, and they are always close to the main areas of night life. Invariably these Tenerife rental apartments are close to the beach and other activities, so perfect for families and couples.
