Having spoken to several estate agents in Tenerife CBS showed the most initiative sending out their whole team to talk to me and to find out about my property and its selling features. This meant when showing potential buyers round they were much more informed and this I am sure contributed to the sale. I was also kept well informed throughout the whole procedure. I found the staff at the Clear Blue Skies Group very professional as well as helpful. I was picked up from the Airport by Danny a sales representative with the group. Danny guided me through the whole process, from driving me to property viewings from my hotel, to explaining the financial costs of the purchase, broken down and presented in an easy format on a spreadsheet . The whole team made me feel welcome and relaxed with no pressure to buy. As I plan to have building work done on the property, I have also been pleased that Danny has been on hand to offer local contacts with builders and Property Management companies, providing a useful after sales service.  I would recommend Clear Blue Skies, as there was little pressure especially in the early stages, it was left very much up to me how far I took the process, but whenever I had a query it was answered quickly and clearly.
