Welcome to the Website of Clear Blue Skies Group S.L., an independent Estate Agent in the South of Tenerife. We believe that buying and selling property is such an important issue for you and for us, that we do this exclusively – we do not rent property (except free for clients, click here for details) and we do not sell other products other than property. The world over, Estate Agents have a less than satisfactory reputation for honesty and transparency, so every member of staff is required to sign our Ethics Statement, a 10 point guarantee to you of honest and straight forward dealings, and of our ongoing service to you. This is not a sales gimmick, this is a genuine attempt to provide you with the minimum standard you will experience when dealing with us.

When you visit Tenerife, you will see that many other Estate Agents claim to be members of external bodies or associations, or have won prizes or awards. At Clear Blue Skies we make no such claims; not to be the biggest, not to be the best, not even to be the fastest growing! Our opinion is that the only views that count, are those of our clients, so when a client buys a property through us, they are asked to complete a questionnaire, and tell us what they thought of our service. You can view these on “testimonials” or if you prefer, select one of around 100 people who have completed our questionnaire, and we will arrange for you to call them to discuss their experience in buying through us.

It’s not just buyers who appreciate honesty and transparency, it’s sellers too, and our portfolio of properties usually exceeds 500 which we self audit every few months. Additionally, we have a unique relationship with Kurt Konrad CIA SA, South Tenerif’e’s most prolific builder. We were the only Estate Agents appointed by them to sell their prestigious Los Castaños, El Faro de Madroñal and Los Girasoles phase I & II complexes. We returned the compliment by selling 10m euros of property in these complexes.

As you can see by the aforementioned, we deal in facts; no exaggeration, no false promises, no memberships of odd organizations just the truth, presented in an old –fashioned, straight forward way.

Tenerife Property Market unaffected by Global Financial worries


Tenerife’s property market remains robust despite worries in the UK and elsewhere, about house prices and mortgages. The crisis started in America with the so called sub prime lenders (these are banks who lend large amounts of money at high interest rates to clients with less than perfect credit histories) getting worried that their clients were defaulting on mortgage payments.
