Our overall experience of purchasing through Clear Blue Skies was positive. From our initial contact with Jamie, our agent, all calls and emails were promptly answered. All appointments were kept and Jamie was always on time. He was approachable and listened to our requests. Above all he was honest and on occasions pointed out the unsuitability of some properties. Overall our experience of purchasing through CBS has been positive.

We have been truly delighted by the service we've received from Clear Blue Skies. In particular we valued the "no rush" approuch and the opportunity to build a relationship. We were struck by the open and transparent way of doing business and this led toa feeling of real trust. Jamie was friendly, helpful and informative from the outset of the process of buying property in Tenerife. 

Jamie quickly understood our specific requirements and tried hard to find properties that would meet these, althought this was not easy task. Whilst taking us to view apartments, he proved a useful source of information about the different localities and amenities, and also the island in general, which we greatly appreciated. 

Once we had found our property, Jamie helped with the purchasing process, including setting up to the bank account, organising the legal side and putting us in touch with a local builder, which meant that we were able to get most things underway in less than a week. Jamie's support continued once we were home and enabled the succesful purchase of our holiday home. 

We were, therefore, very happy with the service we received from Jamie and would be happy to recommend him to others. 

We had dealings with Jamie from January 2014 until October 2014 when we finally purchased a property. 

Jamie could not have been more helpful, before, during and after the purchase. I honestly felt he went above beyond our expectations, from phone calls in the evenings and weekend, to extensive videos and photographs (of properties we chose not to purchase!) without any of it ever being of trouble to him. When he was unable to contact us, Suzie filled in perfectly. 

After a stressful start to our property search (due to another Estate Agency) Jamie delivered a flawless service, culminating in picking us up from the airport and taking us to our new property!

The keys for my property were with the agency for a few yeats as I was out of the area and i have always felt secure: they always let me know by telephone when they had a client.

They collected the keys when the tenants left and carried out very well the subsequent sale.

Because of this I am very satisfied with the company and in particular the person who trasacted the sale of the apartment Ms Maria Ereza Blasco.

5 stars service during purchase and 5 stars after sales. With many companies "after sales" is just a word, it doesn't always prove to be good. Hope you and all the the others at Clear Blue are doing fine. Just to let you know I got an e mail a couple of days ago from ENDESA stating that the meter issue has been resolved etc. There was also a lot

of cancelled electricity bills, new bills etc, which is a bit confusing but the main thing is that we seem to be on the right meter now and hopefully it is all resolved. Again I cant thank you all enough, youve sorted

out in a couple of weeks somthing I was brickwalled with after a year of e mails, calls, solicitors etc.. All going nowhere fast. Feel free to use Liz and I in any testimonials etc for Clear Blue and we will try to stop past your Office in September. We cant thank you enough for the great after sales service..
