I initially spoke to Ash Smith by phone from the UK.
He asked what our priorities were for a property in Las Americas. When we arrived in Tenerife, he arranged to meet with us and had a few properties we could go over prior to a visit. This saved time as we were able to eliminate certain ones.
An apartment was found in El Paso, and Ash arrange a site visit. Ash took us back for a second viewing and by the time we had got back to the UK, we had decided that we can make an offer. Throughout the coming weeks, Ash was on the ball, and we ended up with what we wanted: an ideal location with a property we could put our mark on. All the following negotiations were handled expertly and we are now proud owners of a great apartment on a beautiful island. It could not have gone any smoother. I should also mention at this stage the excellent internal contact Alison. What a star.
