Jamie was friendly, helpful and informative from the outset of the process of buying property in Tenerife.
Jamie quickly understood our specific requirements and tried hard to find properties that would meet these, althought this was not easy task. Whilst taking us to view apartments, he proved a useful source of information about the different localities and amenities, and also the island in general, which we greatly appreciated.
Once we had found our property, Jamie helped with the purchasing process, including setting up to the bank account, organising the legal side and putting us in touch with a local builder, which meant that we were able to get most things underway in less than a week. Jamie’s support continued once we were home and enabled the succesful purchase of our holiday home.
We were, therefore, very happy with the service we received from Jamie and would be happy to recommend him to others.

Jamie could not have been more helpful, before, during and after the purchase. I honestly felt he went above beyond our expectations, from phone calls in the evenings and weekend, to extensive videos and photographs (of properties we chose not to purchase!) without any of it ever being of trouble to him. When he was unable to contact us, Suzie filled in perfectly.
