Last year we came for the first time to spend the winter in Tenerife. This was such a nice experience that the decision to buy something over here was quickly made. Through internet and visits to estate agents, one day we visited the office of Clear Blue Skies where William Lauwers met us in a most friendly way. After his professional explanation about the buying procedure we organized some visits. Due to a lack of time (we went back to Belgium) everything was put to a hold. Despite that William had spend a lot of time and energy he assured us by saying: don´t make any hasty decisions, everything will be all right and I have a lot of patience”.
During our visit to the exhibition “Second Home” in Brussels we made a new appointment for the winter. What amazed us was his direct style, no side tracking, very straightforward.
An estate agent who says after a visit: Don´t buy this, it`s no good value”, gives a lot of confidence.
He told us to visit his “chosen apartment” and indeed we “fell in love”. After a second visit we agreed the sale and everything went quickly and smoothly.
Arrangements for NIE-number, lawyer, notary and opening a bank account were all professionally handled by William.

Maria Ereza Blasco was our initial contact and she coordinated the sale. Maria communicated with us via email and telephone throughout the seven month period our apartment was for sale. Maria displayed many great qualities from our first meeting when she advised us on a realistic price for the apartment right through to the ultimate signing of the Deeds at the Notary. Her most endearing features are her professionalism, caring approach and the ability to remain calm yet assertive on behalf of both the buyer and sellers. We were fortunate that a buyer came along with cash and they were in a position to proceed immediately. Maria was aware of the fact that we would be returning to England within 2 weeks and she was totally committed to ensuring that all deadlines were met. In our opinion Maria is a tremendous asset to CBS and we cannot thank her enough for a successful outcome.
Other members of Clear Blue skies supervised client viewings they were all very professional and extremely friendly and caring towards us. They also gave us feedback if relevant. Alison the office manager played a very big part throughout and especially towards the end when the sale was about to be finalized her input was invaluable and contributed to an excellent team approach.

We met Viviane and William for the first time at the Second Homes Convention in Brussels.There Viviane asked us what our specific needs were.After giving us already some information there we gave her our email address and she sent us properties that we might like.AFter a while we decided to go to Tenerife and check things out.Viviene met us there and showed us properties every day. After a while we found what we were looking for and made an offer on a property. When the offer was accepted everything was very well explained and all the paperwork was taken care of.When we came back for a second time to sign the deeds everything went smoothly again.
